What's the difference between DUI in Kentucky and OVI in Ohio?

They are the same offense with different names. Kentucky uses "DUI" (Driving Under the Influence). Ohio uses "OVI" (Operating a Vehicle while Impaired). Can I get a DUI expunged in Kentucky or Ohio?
